There are many kids out there searching for doctor excuses in order to try and get out of work or school. This is looked down upon by the medical world and doctor’s alike. A physician should only write an excuse note when the excuses are legitimate. I know that my doctor would not tolerate such behavior. In the world of medicine for an md to create a false clinic letterhead would be suicide. Doctor excuses should only be created at your clinic by a physician or md only. Fake doctors notes should not be used, you can get in a quite a bit of trouble for doing something like that. Dr dum dum!
